Last week I saw this wreath over at Centsational Girl and I just LOVED it! I knew I needed one of my own, but I have issues with wreaths...they don't like my front door...or maybe it's the weather that doesn't like my wreaths. I find these great wreaths, that I just love...stick them on my door and between the heat of the sun all afternoon, the rain, the wind, and now the snow...well...let's just say...they are sad, sad little wreaths. So when I made this wreath for Halloween, I knew that it would never survive on my front door...so I stuck it inside on my hall closet door (which is also in the living room area). So, when I decided to tackle making my own wreath for fallish/Christmas...I decided I could go big, because I was going to keep this one inside too!
I wanted to find something that went with my living room colors, but also looked fall...but could go Christmas as well.
I found these beauties at Joanns (buy a bunch get one free)...
Then I got this sparkly beauty for 40% off...
and to fill in the holes, I took the cheap and tacky leaves from this steal...and made them sparkly all by myself...
I am pretty proud...it's the first wreath I have ever made completely from wire frame to finish all by myself. And I think it is just gorgeous!
I think I only spent about $20 on it...not too bad, if I say so myself!

Wreaths can go anywhere you like. And they do last longer inside. Yours turned out fabulous!!! I love it!
Wreaths definitely belong in the house. I have several for different holidays. Yours is beautiful!
I love it! The colors are great!
It turned out beautiful!!! I sure hope wreaths can go inside, because I have too many for just outside.
