Tortilla Soup
This is one of my favorite soups...if you have been to Cafe Rio and had their's...well, this is pretty much it! Add delicious guac and pico and yummy! Tuesday and Wednesday we had to threaten Lil D with bed for him to take even 1 bite of the chicken pot pie and grilled tomato soup (don't take his recommendation, they were GOOD), but this soup, he ate his whole bowl...something about cheese and this kid:)
